While winter is known to dry out our skin the most, staying hydrated is important all year long regardless of the season. Also, make sure you’re filling your body with healthy meals and snacks. Limit sugars, salty snacks, processed meats, fried foods, and other foods that are high on the glycemic index (GI) since they trigger premature aging as well as acne.

Hydrating Avocado Mask
Mix ½ a ripe avocado (mashed), 1 tsp. raw honey, and 1 tsp. plain full-fat yogurt. Apply to face, leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
