It’s all about balance.

For those of you who celebrated Mother’s Day yesterday, we hope you had a great day! Now, let’s make sure your other 364 days a year are great too. Women’s health is a complex subject. The suggestions below are general guidelines and should not replace specific diet and lifestyle recommendations that come directly from your doctor.

We’re guessing that you know what to eat and what not to eat – but it isn’t always easy staying on track. Below is a little refresher on eating, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that will either add to your good health or detract from it. The goal is not perfection. The goal is balance.

You are what you eat.

You wouldn’t put laundry detergent in your car’s gas tank. So, why put stuff in your “fuel tank” that won’t get you going fast, going strong, and going all day long?

👍 Good choices

  • Vegetables (especially leafy greens)
  • Fruits
  • Nuts
  • Whole grains

A healthy routine is vital.

  1. Exercise regularly
